A short case study

The other day while at work this happened to me and I wonder how many different ways of dealing with the situation there are. So now I’m asking you to tell me: 

You are a barista in a specialty coffee shop and you are very passionate about what you do. One day at work a woman comes in and asks to buy some beans you have on display on the shelf ready to be sold. In order to give her a recommendation you inquire a bit more information about the way she’s going to use the beans. You find out the beans are going to be given to her parents back in Thailand who have a semi-automatic machine and no grinder. She wants three bags of coffee – Kirinyaga Kenya, Santa Ana El Salvador and Copan Honduras. She wants it ground. She also wants to know what is the difference between the three of them and how are they going to taste.

How are you going to proceed with the customer? Give reasons for your answer.
